Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Costume Saga, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Orders & Advance Payment

Custom and stitching orders may require an advance payment. Standard custom orders require 50% advance. Urgent orders may require 70% advance. Delivery will be completed only after full payment is received.

Measurements

Costumes are stitched based on measurements provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for providing correct measurements. Costume Saga cannot be held responsible for fitting issues caused by incorrect measurements submitted by the customer.

Delivery Timeline

Custom stitching orders may require approximately one month depending on design, order quantity and workload. Delivery dates may vary for urgent, bulk or international orders.

Parcel Opening Video

A complete parcel opening video is mandatory for claims related to missing, damaged or incorrect items. The video should begin before the package is opened and clearly show the complete unpacking process.

Product Appearance

Product colours may vary slightly depending on photography, lighting and screen display settings. Handmade or custom products may have minor variations.

Acceptance

By confirming an order or making payment, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms.
